As a yogi, I've experienced the transformative power of meditation, and I'm eager to share my insights with others. Through regular practice, I've understood and changed the following aspects: 1. Letting go of limiting beliefs I realized that my mental thoughts were mere creations, holding me back. I had to dispose of the established brain ticks that caused endless stress and anxiety.
