Shipping, Delivery, Returns and Refunds
Shipping Charges
- India: free shipping for orders above INR 500.
- India: INR 80 shipping charge for orders below INR 500.
- International: shipping is calculated by destination and weight. Typical charges are INR 2,000 to INR 2,500.
- International: free shipping is available for qualifying orders above INR 18,000.
Delivery Estimates
- India: normally 2 to 4 days after dispatch.
- International: normally 5 to 10 days and may take up to 15 days depending on destination, customs, courier, and product availability.
Tracking details are shared after dispatch. Import duties and local taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns and Refunds
Return eligibility depends on the product type. For complete terms, see the Product Return Policy. Eligible return requests must be raised within 15 days of delivery. Personal-preference returns are currently limited to eligible Rudraksha malas. Individual beads, customised items, used or worn items, and items without original packaging or invoice are not eligible for personal-preference return.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with product and packaging photographs. Approved cases are eligible for replacement or refund, including applicable shipping charges.
Refunds and Support
Refunds are processed after inspection of an approved return and normally take 7 to 10 working days to reach the original payment method, subject to banking timelines. For help with an order, tracking, or return request, contact Customer Support.
