Shipping & Returns

For all orders above Rs. 500, shipping is done free of cost or at a cost of 5 rs or 10 rs. A shipping charge of Rs. 80 is applicable to all orders under Rs. 500. For all international orders to outside India, orders under INR 8,000 (~ USD 100) are charged INR 2000-2500; orders above INR 18,000 (approx. USD 300) are shipped free of charge. 

Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 2-4 days for domestic orders and 5-7 days for international orders (can be upto 15 days based on destination) to reach you after product is handed over to the shipping partner.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at support@ommrudraksha.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Most of our products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders. There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page otherwise please contact us for the note on the customized product or for products where it is not mentioned. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If the product is eligible for return, you may write to us at support@ommrudraksha.com within 7 days of delivery to request return and refund. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned. Further the eligibility depends on the product return approval from the support team. The products needs to be first asked for refund from our support team. If the product is eligible for refund or exchange, then only the product can be sent as agreed with the team. As the products sold here are mostly customized or are one time one person use, so many products are not eligible as a precautionary.

Once you request to return a product via email or phone ( after approval from support team), a pick up is organised for the item or customer sends by own arrangement. When This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please email us at support@ommrudraksha.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website after product is shipped.

**Ommrudraksha reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.

We will process your refund within 5 business days incase of cancellation of an order.In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size change with the customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. In some cases, minor size and fit alterations might be available for orders placed within India. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to return the product instead.

Product ships to US, UK, UAE, Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, Afghanistan and South Africa.

For all international orders from outside India, orders under INR 7,000 (~ USD 100) are charged INR 2000-2500 (~ USD 28); orders above INR 18,000 (~ USD 300) are cfree shipping.

Please note that custom duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of delivery address.
