Pyramid Sizes, Weights and Finishes: Understanding Product Specifications

For a pyramid, base length, base width and vertical height are different measurements. A base advertised as two inches does not automatically mean a height of two inches. Ask which measurement the seller uses and whether it is approximate. A photograph with an ordinary scale reference helps, but the written specification should remain clear enough to judge the intended shelf space.

Weight describes the actual body

A solid stone carving, a hollow shell and an open frame can have similar external dimensions but very different weights. Weight therefore does not establish material identity or construction on its own. Ask for the measured weight of the supplied item where that matters. A typical competitor weight must not be copied into a new listing as though it belongs to stock that has not been measured.

Angles and proportions

An exact angle claim should be supported by a measured design or a stated construction specification. Small handmade variations can be acceptable when honestly described. A pyramid with a square base and smooth faces does not thereby replicate a particular monument’s proportions. Geometry and spiritual tradition are separate questions from whether the base sits flat and the point is intact.

Polish and texture

A mirror finish, satin finish and visibly granular surface can all be deliberate. Inspect the actual material: pyrite may retain fine pits, satin spar has a fibrous sheen, and obsidian can be highly reflective. Ask whether edges are sharp or softly rounded. Surface gloss should not hide a repair, coating or open crack that affects condition.

Build variants around real measurements

When a design changes only in dimensions, keep one product and offer documented size variants. Distinct construction can justify a different offer: an open copper frame and a folded copper shell are an example. Do not invent numeric sizes, weights or materials to fill a specification table. Owner measurement is an essential part of turning a draft concept into an actual commercial offer.

Questions about numbers

Does greater weight prove higher quality? No: identity, condition and construction matter. Is a rounded apex always damaged? It may be intentional, but the listing should say so. Can a label such as large replace dimensions? It is useful only with actual measurements and a clear scale reference.
