Start with the relevant service page, such as the Rudraksha consultation or Gemstone consultation. Read the short explanation, enter the details and give the team a clear question. Choose Get Details by Email to save an email report request, or Send Details on WhatsApp to prepare a message for the team. In WhatsApp, review the message and press Send yourself. Neither option requires a product purchase or an advanced astrology term.
You can use the form as a guest, or while signed in to your existing shop account. Enter the full name of the person the report concerns and an email you can open to receive it. If requesting for someone else, provide only information you have permission to share and explain the relationship in your question. There is no separate person-selector control. Each consultation form now asks for birth date, time and selected birthplace.
Confirm the address that should receive the report
For Get Details by Email, a successful submission opens a receipt with a reference and the current status. The first service email asks you to confirm the address. Open that link and explicitly confirm the request on the page. An automatic preview of an email or link should not act as your personal confirmation. The WhatsApp button instead prepares a manual message; opening WhatsApp alone does not save an email request, issue a receipt or start a delivery timer.
This confirmation is separate from the later report email. Use an address you can open and keep the reference if you need help. If the address is wrong or a message is missing, contact the team rather than repeatedly submitting different requests. Report access and service messages are separate from marketing permission.
Preparation and staff review come before sending
Once the address is confirmed, the supported analysis can be prepared as a draft. Staff inspect the actual inputs, findings and limitations. They may add a supported recommendation, explain alternatives, request missing details or conclude that no product is needed. A form being submitted is not the same as a finished personal assessment being approved.
Recommendations are generated using OmmRudraksha's specialized software, developed with Rasmita Nayak and OmmRudraksha. Rasmita Nayak personally reviews and verifies each consultation report before it is sent to the customer. A generated draft is not yet a personally verified report: preparation and review come before email delivery. The report should accurately identify its preparation and completed review rather than imply that an unreviewed draft is a personal consultation.
Understand the processing wait
The receipt shows the earliest sending time for that request. With a four-hour setting, a request received at 10:00 am becomes eligible at 2:00 pm. Sending also needs a confirmed address and an approved report. If clarification or review is not complete until later, the report cannot truthfully be sent as finished at the earlier time.
Changing the general delay later does not silently move an existing request's recorded time. The email queue sends the approved link when the necessary conditions are met. This is a service process, not a countdown designed to make you purchase something or a guarantee that every possible request can be completed in exactly four hours.
Read, download and ask a follow-up
The report email contains a private link. Open it, choose to open the report and read the explanation on your phone or computer. A PDF download is also available. Keep the link confidential and ask the team for help if it expires, needs replacement or contains a mistake in the recorded information.
Use the reading guide to separate facts, interpretation and recommendations, and the birth-time guide if an input needs correction. Any actual shop products shown are optional items with their own prices. You can keep the report, ask for clarification or choose a no-purchase outcome without losing access to the free guidance.
