Exact, Approximate or Unknown Birth Time: What to Submit

At a Glance

Use the best information you genuinely have and label its certainty. An exact-looking time entered from a guess does not create an exact chart. Unknown or approximate information can still support a useful, clearly limited conversation.

Start with the record, not the result you hope to see

When preparing a chart request, it is tempting to complete every field even if one detail is uncertain. A better starting point is to say what you actually know. A recorded time, an approximate family recollection and an unknown time are different kinds of information. The report should keep that difference visible rather than hide it behind a precise-looking diagram.

You can ask the team what the available information supports before choosing a report. A missing time does not mean you have asked a bad question or must buy something to continue. It means the method and the explanation need to respect a real limitation.

Check a recorded time carefully

Look at the date, the clock and the place together. Confirm morning or evening, and use a clear date format when discussing the information with staff. Choose the intended town or city from the birthplace search, rather than relying on a similar place name. The applicable time zone belongs with the birth date and location.

For an illustration, “4 April 1978, 5:31 am, Balasore, Odisha” is clearer than a message that gives only numbers without explaining the date or clock. The Rudraksha request example uses those illustrative inputs to explain the assessment process. It does not pretend that typing a complete set of details automatically establishes a recommendation.

Keep approximate information approximate

Our consultation forms require a recorded birth time. If your time is only a recollection, contact the team before submitting and explain the source and uncertainty; do not present an estimate as a confirmed time. A chart drawn for an estimate is a snapshot under an assumption. It is not proof that every house-based conclusion remains the same across nearby possible times unless a separate supported method has actually assessed that range.

The report may retain certain information while withholding more precise conclusions. Ask the team which parts are being discussed and why. A clear explanation of uncertainty is part of useful guidance, not a defect that should be concealed with confident wording or a colourful numerical score.

Unknown time should not be replaced with a guess

If you do not know the time, say so. Do not choose noon, sunrise or another convenient value merely to pass a form. Depending on the supported method and the other details available, the team may offer a limited reading, general education, a purpose-based discussion or a clarification request.

You can ask the team about purpose-based spiritual guidance without pretending to possess an exact birth chart. The practice consultation form also requires recorded birth details; if yours are unavailable, contact the team rather than inventing a time to submit it. If a question depends on precise houses or timing, the report should say what remains unavailable. An honest limit protects the explanation better than an invented input.

Correct a mistake before relying on the report

Read the saved inputs when you receive a report. If the clock, date, place or named person is wrong, contact the team with the request reference. Corrected information belongs in a new report version, and an old link may need to be replaced. A recommendation prepared from one person's details should not be silently reused for another.

Our report process guide explains confirmation, staff review and delivery. You can begin through the free birth-chart request and ask for help with the inputs. Once the information and its certainty are clear, the reading guide helps you distinguish recorded facts, interpretation and optional next steps.
