Free Consultation: Privacy & Service Terms

OmmRudraksha's requested guidance and reports are free. No purchase, subscription, product recommendation or marketing permission is a condition of access. The shop's purchases remain subject to its separate terms.

What we use

We use your name, the named subject's relevant birth or property details, question, reply language and email address to prepare and review your requested report and send its service messages. Provide another person's details only with their permission. Do not include identity documents, medical records or other information the request does not require.

Preparation and delivery

OmmRudraksha's specialized software prepares recommendations from the supported information. Rasmita Nayak personally reviews and verifies consultation reports before they are shared. Astrology and spiritual recommendations are interpretive traditions, not guaranteed results or professional medical, legal, financial or building-safety advice.

Email requests: Confirm your address through the confirmation message. Reports are scheduled after the processing delay shown on your receipt and sent once ready, reviewed and confirmed. Clarification and review may take longer.

WhatsApp: The form prepares a message containing the details you entered. Review it and press Send in WhatsApp to share it with our team. Opening the link does not save an email report request or confirm delivery. WhatsApp handles the message through its own service; staff can confirm any unverified birthplace or time-zone details before preparing a report. No automated WhatsApp conversation is required.

Private access and retention

Reports use private expiring links. Anyone holding a link may be able to open it, so do not share it publicly. The team can revoke and replace a link. Private report pages are excluded from indexing and have no advertising analytics. Case access normally expires after 180 days; expiry is distinct from deletion. Staff can erase a verified case earlier on request. Retention processing, when enabled, removes expired cases and their saved reports. Minimal audit references and any legally required business records are handled separately.

Correction, withdrawal and help

Use the contact page to ask for correction, cancellation, erasure or a replacement report link, quoting your request reference. The team may verify your authority before changing another person's information. Cancelling stops pending delivery; email already accepted by a mail provider cannot be recalled. This consent covers the requested service, not promotional messages.
