I am charged with different shipping charge

Hello Sir/Madam,  

I am Rabi from Kochi. I recently ordered Rudraksha products from your online store. I noticed that shipping was charged 40 INR instead of 25 INR. Could you clarify the applicable shipping charges for all Rudraksha orders?

Hi Ravi,  

Currently we use India Speed Post for regular parcels. The flat rate for domestic shipping is 40 INR. International parcel rates have not changed yet.

We have updated our shipping policy starting this month. The international shipping cost is not increased yet but may rise in the future. Domestic rates have been adjusted accordingly.
