Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At OmmRudraksha, we are committed to delivering authentic and high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent return policy.

Return Eligibility (Within 15 Days)

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • ✔ Product is unused and in original condition
  • ✔ Original packaging, tags, and invoice are available
  • ✔ Product is not physically damaged after delivery

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from your order:

  • ✔ Contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery
  • ✔ Share photos of the product and packaging
  • ✔ Keep the product unused and in original packaging

In such cases:

  • ✔ We will offer replacement or full refund
  • ✔ Shipping charges will also be refunded (if applicable)

Returns Due to Personal Preference

If the product does not meet your expectations:

  • ✔ Returns are accepted for Rudraksha malas only
  • ✔ Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • ✔ All complimentary items must be returned

Note: Individual beads, customized items, and used products are not eligible for return under this category.


Non-Returnable Items

  • ✖ Used or worn Rudraksha or jewellery
  • ✖ Customized or specially ordered products
  • ✖ Products without original packaging or invoice
  • ✖ Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process

1. Return via Store (if applicable)

  • ✔ Contact customer support for approval
  • ✔ Visit the assigned store location
  • ✔ Carry original invoice and unused product

2. Return via Courier Pickup

  • ✔ Contact support within 15 days
  • ✔ We will arrange pickup (where available)
  • ✔ Keep airway bill safely for tracking
  • ✔ Product must be properly packed

Refund Policy

  • ✔ Refund will be processed after product inspection
  • ✔ Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refund Modes:

  • Credit Card / Net Banking → Refunded to original account
  • Cheque / DD → Refund via cheque to billing address

Refund processing time: 7–10 working days after receiving the product.

Note: Delays due to banking processes are beyond our control.
