How to Verify Your OMM Product Certificate and Listing Details
A certificate or laboratory report is useful only when it can be matched to the exact product you ordered. Use this checklist after purchase and before making changes to the item. It is designed to help customers ask precise questions and keep their records organised.
1. Save the product listing
Keep the product URL, screenshots of the photographs and the stated details. Match the product name, SKU where shown, material, bead count, bead size, carat weight, dimensions, capping or setting to the order. The OMM documentation process explains why this listing is the first comparison point.
2. Read the document exactly
Check the document number, issuer, date, product description, measurements and declarations. A lab report may identify specific tests or observations; it should not be read as a general promise beyond those statements. 3. Compare the physical item
Compare the received item with the listing photographs and declared measurements. Natural beads and stones can have visible variation, so measurements, material and documentation matter more than expecting an identical screen colour. 4. Keep an order record
Store the invoice, certificate or report, unboxing photographs and courier information with the order number. If there is a mismatch, contact support before resizing, mounting, wearing or modifying the item.
