Start with one question about a real space
“Please check my house” can mean many things. A person may be concerned about an entrance, a study corner, the organisation of a shop or the use of a rented room. Begin with the part you want to understand and explain how the property is used. A focused question helps the team ask for the relevant observations instead of collecting unrelated information.
For example: “We rent a two-bedroom flat and want help thinking about the entrance and study area.” This describes the setting and a practical limit at the same time. It is more useful than expecting the report to know every room from a name, a birth chart or a photograph of the front door alone.
Bring a simple plan with a clear reference
A neat architectural drawing is not necessary for an initial conversation. A simple plan can identify the entrance, rooms and their main uses. Mark the direction reference you actually checked and label uncertain details. If a measurement has not been taken, leave it unknown instead of borrowing a diagram from the internet.
Our direction and floor-plan guide explains what makes a plan understandable. Tell the team if the orientation came from a phone, a compass, a building drawing or another source. The report should be clear about which observations are supplied facts and which parts still need confirmation.
Explain how the rooms are lived in
A room's label does not always describe its present use. A bedroom may also contain a work desk; a shop may use part of a room for storage; a household prayer area may be shared with another activity. These details can change what advice is practical, even before a traditional directional method is discussed.
Describe the actual use and the concern in ordinary language. You can say that a doorway is crowded, daylight is limited or a desk cannot be moved because of an electrical point. Those observations should not be replaced by assumptions. Traditional architecture is a wider subject than selecting a remedy object for every room label.
Keep chart information and property information separate
OmmRudraksha's Vastu consultation form asks for recorded birth date, time and birthplace as well as property information. If the report includes a personal chart-related layer, it should identify that method and the birth inputs used. Keep that layer separate from conclusions based on the property's orientation, plan and observed use. A horoscope cannot reveal where your real kitchen window is; birth details do not replace a real description of the space.
The same distinction matters when comparing personal Feng Shui directions and a property assessment. Two named traditions may ask different questions. They should not be merged into a single unexplained score or used to fill each other's missing inputs.
Ask for practical options, including no-purchase changes
Before recommending something, the team should understand whether the property is rented, what can be moved and what changes require a qualified professional. Small organisation or use changes can be discussed without pretending that structural work is simple. The practical changes guide helps you prepare that conversation.
Use the free Vastu request form and record the facts you have. Staff may ask for clarification before approving the report. Optional objects should follow a supported reason, rather than replace the assessment. The useful outcome is an understandable set of observations, limits and choices for your actual household or workplace, not a guaranteed promise attached to an imagined floor plan.
