What are the benefits and powers of the 8 Mukhi Rudraksha?  

Does wearing the 8 Mukhi Rudraksha alleviate all Ketu-related issues? Recently, I consulted an astrologer in Haridwar regarding my partial Kala Sarpa Dosha, and was recommended to wear the 8 Mukhi Rudraksha.
