Copper Nine-Pyramid Plate
Copper Open Frame Pyramid
A copper pyramid can be a folded hollow shell, an open rod frame or a plate carrying several small pyramid forms. These are genuinely different physical offers. An open frame contains no sheet faces; a multi-pyramid plate is an assembly rather than a single solid block. The description should state which construction the buyer will receive.
Choosing this material or design
Ask for an underside view, close-ups of seams and details of any solder or fastening. Sharp unfinished edges, loose joints and a rocking base need attention. A reddish surface might be copper, copper plating or a coating; ask what the body and surface actually are. Do not describe a product as pure copper without suitable evidence.
Care before display
Copper changes appearance with handling and exposure. Dry dusting and a soft cloth are sensible first steps. Ask whether lacquer or another protective coating is present before using any polish. Polishing removes material and can alter engraved detail or a deliberately aged surface. Keep salt, acids and damp storage away, and do not use the ornament as food-contact equipment.
Buying questions
Does a red finish prove solid copper? No. Is a hollow shell defective because it is light? No, if that construction is stated. Does a higher pyramid count prove a stronger effect? No demonstrated relationship follows from the count. Choose the fabrication and finish that suit the display.
