Eligible returns

Eligible return requests must be raised within 15 days of delivery. Personal-preference returns are limited to eligible Rudraksha malas. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and invoice.

Items not eligible for personal-preference return

Individual beads, customised or specially ordered items, used or worn products, and products without original packaging or invoice are not eligible.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery and share product and packaging photographs. Approved cases are eligible for replacement or refund, including applicable shipping charges.

Refund timing
