I have ordered punchmukhi

I have one Punchmukhi "Natural 5 Mukhi/Face Rudraksha (Nepal Origin) silver quoted". I am going to order a "5 Mukhi/Face Rudraksha Mala (Beads – 108+1 (109))".  

Can I re-arrange this mala and replace the 1 centered bead with the silver quoted bead myself? If so, do I need to follow any specific rituals to respect it?
