2. Mana mudra - Gestures shaped from head
3. Kaya mudra - Gestures shaped utilizing the body.
Viparita karani mudra
4. Bandhas - Gestures shaped alongside neuro strong locks.
Maha bheda mudra
Maha veda mudra
5. Adhara - signals framed from perineal pieces of the body.
Vajroli or Sahajoli mudra
So there are 5 groups of mudras, which describes as above.
