Mudras are hand gestures used in traditional yoga and meditation.
Each finger is symbolically associated with the five elements (Pancha Bhoota):
Earth (Prithvi), Water (Jal), Fire (Agni), Air (Vayu), Aether (Aakash).

These mudras are traditional and symbolic. Their primary purpose is to support mindfulness, focus, and awareness during practice. Outcomes are experiential and subjective.

-- Note: Neutralized efficacy claims; framed as symbolic and experiential, safe for Google indexing.

Mudras are symbolic gestures.
- Regular practice may reinforce mental patterns and awareness.
- Benefits are subjective and symbolic; practitioners experience them individually.

-- Note: Clarified symbolic/subjective nature, removed any promise of results.
