There are many ways to differentiate between Rudraksh and Bhadraksh. Bhadraksh is a type of Rudraksh, but is generally considered inferior to Rudraksh. Although both come from the same type of tree, they differ greatly in size. Rudrakshas are usually perfectly round in shape, especially high quality ones from Nepal. Bhadraksh is flattering and usually moon-shaped. They are mostly found in India and Sri Lanka. Due to its low density, Bhadraksh is also lighter than Rudraksh.

Are you referring to moon shaped bead ? I remember wearing one, later had removed it.

Is that the only bhadraksha ?
