In Sanskrit "Rudraksha" means 'Rudra' = Shiva, and 'Akshi' are eyes, so "Rudraksha" came into existence when Shiva was crying, his tears fell on the earth and became seeds, and then appeared in the Trees, the lesser known as "Rudraksha Beej" Gave birth to the same seeds, which are now in high demand and are available in stores and online stores and in general across India.
As far as I am aware, when one wears "Rudraksha", one should bathe, have a purity of mind and thoughts, bathe "Rudraksha" with "Gangesala" and chant a mantra, or perform a specific japa for the number of faces or sections. That's on the seed.
Wearers must practice restraint and self-control. If this is not possible for a long time, you should remove "Rudraksha" when you have bad feeling that you are doing something wrong and periods or when you may feel such, better to remove "Rudraksha" from human contact.
