Should we wear rudraksha on wrists ? As bracelet can it be worn !

Many devotees of Lord Shiva wear Rudraksha as bracelets, particularly the 9 Mukhi beads.

It appears that the 9 Mukhi Rudraksha is highly regarded and considered powerful when worn as a bracelet.

I saw the bracelets section of ommrudraksha website. I was impressed by the design and style of the bracelets. I also read the forum topic about precautions when using rudraksha beads and a blog about wearing them according to signs. I would like to know whether any rudraksha bracelet can be worn freely or if it is better to follow the [Rudraksha Recommendation](https://ommrudraksha.com/recommendationrudraksha) guidance.

Please let me know:
* Are there any general precautions while wearing Rudraksha beads, such as lifestyle considerations?
* What is the difference between wearing single vs. multi-mukhi Rudraksha beads?

When wearing a Rudraksha mala, some prefer to wear multiple beads of the same mukhi to maintain uniformity. For example, wearing 12 pieces of 12 Mukhi beads is common in spiritual practice.

Bracelets can also contain multiple beads of the same type and are typically worn on the upper arm.

Bracelets can be worn according to personal preference. Some people follow the [Rudraksha Recommendation](https://ommrudraksha.com/recommendationrudraksha), while others choose based on interest or Rashi (zodiac) guidelines.

Recommendation is generally provided to ensure a comfortable and positive experience with the beads.

Rudraksha beads from 1 to 21 Mukhi (excluding special forms such as Gauri Shankar, Garbh Gauri, Ganesh, and Trijuti) can be worn as wrist or arm accessories. Traditional texts associate each type with specific symbolic significance, colors, or chakras.
