Energizing is a way of putting our good thoughts into the mala which ultimately gives better results to the end wearer. Below in this document, we have mentioned about energizing the beads by doing following two steps.

Well the short is as below, further down is detailed if someone wants to do it more.

To energize your Rudraksha, you must sprinkle Ganga water on the beads to purify them before worshiping the beads. Place the Rudraksha on your puja altar and dab some sandalwood paste on them. Light up some incense and let your beads soak up the incense fumes. Visualizing Lord Shiva’s face, chant the mantra “Om Namaha Shivaya” 108 times and pray for the Lord’s blessings before you wear the Rudraksha.

This much should ideally be complete when done at home or we are doing for ourselves.
