An eight-direction gemstone arrangement can be a clear tabletop demonstration when it states its orientation, contents and source of associations. Eight attractive colours placed around a centre do not by themselves establish a universal Vastu method. This guide explains how to read the physical layout without confusing a seller’s design with a scientific measurement.

Check the direction labels
A board should identify North, North-East, East, South-East, South, South-West, West and North-West. Fix one top edge and show the same order on the inventory. A demonstration board can be oriented on a table for reading without claiming to determine the directions of an actual building. If a real placement is intended, state how directions were established and whose traditional guidance is being followed.
Use a reproducible material list
An original decorative sequence can assign green aventurine, clear quartz, amethyst, carnelian, red jasper, smoky quartz, rose quartz and sodalite clockwise from North. That is this design’s convention, not a universal historical correspondence. The chart must say so. Each position needs one actual name and quantity, so the arrangement can be reassembled and checked after storage.

Compare display with demonstration
A fixed eight-recess tray keeps one sample at each position. A portable teaching kit may provide two per position, a separate reusable board and numbered transport compartments. These physical differences justify different offers. A shell full of mixed pebbles is another kind of display and should not inherit the same directional description without an actual position map.
Protect the arrangement
Use a dry flat surface and keep loose stones away from traffic, children and pets. Photograph the completed layout for reference, then pack each material in its own cell for transport. Check the board against the inventory before each demonstration. Reproducibility shows that a kit is well organised; it does not prove room-energy correction or guarantee changes in a person’s life.
