I recently had used few 5 mukhi rudraksha beads as rudraksha therapy. I found that my BP has gone substatially down and under near controllable position most of the times. I would recommend all to take opportunity of my experiences here and wear 5 mukhi rudraksha for such problem.

I too take regular rudraksha water ( soak rudraksha in water and drink that water in the monring).

I can simply say - It is amazingly powerful enough for controlling BP.
